Eh, actually he's sitting by. I haven't seen the episode this is from, but I'm pretty sure it's in close sequence with one of my other cels (XD the gengalicious cel). Richard is surprisingly pleasant in this shot, I think because he's neither tired nor drunk. A non-grumpy Richard is a difficult find, that it is.
