Ahh, another bonus cel that ended up also being from Case Closed. I'm normally not one to judge on looks, but this cop looks kinda dorky. Maybe it's the wide eyes. The seller I got this from has a few others of this cop in his listings, and if you sequence them it looks like he's freaking out and yelling. Then again, this series deals a lot with murder, so maybe he just can't handle the scene. X3 Yaaaay for more bag shinies.
