Ahh, my three favorite words in cel collecting: ORIGINAL MATCHING BACKGROUND! This is quite a purdy cel if I say so myself, although I would've preferred if the other person in the shot were another main character, like Rachel or Harley. I'm still pleased anyway, though. Richard looks like he's getting serious, so I can only imagine what's going on here. It's not an episode I've seen, read, or heard about, so, I really have no idea.
