The other half of my first infamous WTF Club groups. The seller didn't realize that there were actually two cels in the bag, and as a result sold them together as one very bizarre cel -- and for only a penny! I just had to bid on this one cent gem purely for the WTF factor, and in the end it scored me a second cel for free. As for this particular one, it took me a while to remember where it's from, but I know it's from one of the "Sonic Says" segments of AoSTH where he's teaching Tails not to do graffiti. This was the art he did with the paint instead.
Technically Tails is in this shot, and this did in fact spend a lot of time in the Heroes section, but I eventually decided it was more appropriate over here.
