I only ever seem to be able to get Ryoga cels with major line fading, lol. Luckily this one isn't nearly as bad as the other. This is from the episode where Ranma starts gathering the three urns to make eventually make a spring to cure him of his curse -- which, like all of their crazy "cures", doesn't work out in the end. I believe Mousse is also riding on Ryo's back in duck form, khehehe.
