...POLO! Yyyyyyeah, MacHopper's a little creepy here, as he's sans eyes. Scratch and Grounder are love, of course, but GAAAHHHH MACHOPPER. And MacHopper dripping chili, too. Eh, came in a Sonic cel lot that only cost me $4, so I don't care.
Update 2020: Donated this to max6464646464 as a freebie along with a couple trade items, since he collects from this specific episode. Max offered me some amazing cels in return!
