A pair of sequence mates so identical I only scanned one. This character was so fleeting and meaningless I don't even remember his name, lol. All I remember is Sonic and Tails rocking next to him in chairs of their own at the end of the episode (which I now also have cels of, bwahaha). Thanks to Confused Moogle's Pom-Pom Gallery for these cels.
