SATURDAY MORNING AAAAAAAAART!! It's absolutely 100% SatAM Sonic art, because you can not only see his backpack, but also his watch. Sonic doesn't carry either item in any of the other series. I'll need to double check to be sure, but I believe this is from the episode "Sonic and Sally, where Sally is replaced with an android. This should be right near the beginning, where Bunnie is loading bombs into Sonic's bag. Shortly after this the group syncronizes their watches. *SQUEE* SATAM SONIC AAAART!!!
