SHIT. I believe this is from the scene where Haibara shrinks down to escape the Black Syndicate. I haven't seen that episode before, but given that she looks like she's going through a similar agony that Jimmy did and her clothes look a little big, I think it's a decent assumpion. EHEHEHEHEHEHE.
