I was surprised to see that even at this early stage, they already knew how long the series would end up being. I would've guessed that they either didn't know, or had expected more, since there's no episode that "concludes" the series. Ah well; just something that struck me as odd.
By the way, I love that such a genius as Robotnik would actually take the time to "dissect" a rotten egg. At least what happened in StC is very vaguely distantly somewhat sort of plausible.
