I recall this being from one of the infamous Wes Weasley episodes -- a character I never liked as a child, but who continually amuses me as an adult. In any case, this seemed like a very interesting cel, so I figured it'd be an easy snatch. However, it turned out to be in poorer condition than the listing indicated, so that was a little disappointing. Oh well.
Update 2020: Traded to max6464646464, along with another trade item and a donation. Max offered me some amazing cels in return!
