This cel immediately caught my eye for several reasons, the most pressing of which is the fact that it contained both Sonic and Mario. Not only is that extraordinary in and of itself, but it becomes even more impressive when you realize that this was made back when Sonic and Mario's rivalry was at its peak. It's clearly a promotional cel, and Sonic and Mario did both have cartoon shows in the 90's, but to have them together on a single animation cel... That was worth going to battle for.
And what's even more amazing is that I didn't end up having to go to battle for it at all. I somehow walked away with it for super-cheap!
