If ever there was a single image that could relate the general dynamic of Robotnik and his bots, this is probably it. Of particular note to me is the face that Scratch's face is on a separate layer; I'm sure this was so they could only move his mouth while Robotnik grilled them to cut down on how much art had to be repeated.
