Good lord. I had always thought Mr. Popo was kind of a useless and unnecessary character, but holy crap. Team Four Star not only gave him a personality, but it's one of the most brilliantly terrifying characterizations I've ever seen. Popo has escalated from a character I wish didn't exist to being a character I wished was in every scene. Also, this car claims he's a human, and I call hax on that 1,000,000%. THAT CREATURE IS NOT A HUMAN.
I think the question someone asked him at the 18+ panel perfectly sums him up. When asked how Popo would scare Vegeta to put him in his place, he answered, "I'd inhabit his hair. I'd move around all his shit while he slept, and then one night I would absorb his woman, until he woke up next to me." He then grinned and said, "Hiiiiiiii~ We need to talk about our child, Vegeta. You're not being a very good father." He finished with, "And then he'd kill himself~"
